What is FHA Loan Limit?
Federal Housing Administration (FHA) are loans that follow guidelines from FHA and are also insured by Housing Urban Development (HUD).
2022 FHA Loan Limits for California (CA) were announced at the end of 2021. These are the maximum loan amounts that FHA will allow for those counties. The loan limits are derived from the average home prices in that county the year before (2021, in this case).
